Our designs are unique and we would like to keep it exclusive. Therefore, we try not to repeat designs with similar semi-precious gems/crystals/pearls, etc. Should you be interested in a particular design that has been sold, we are more than pleased to reproduce that design using different semi-precious gems/crystals/pearls, etc of your choice. Prices will vary according to your choice of gemstone.

1. International Shipping

Please email us if you wish the item to be sent overseas.

We will advise you regarding the total delivery charges/courier charges upon completion of order.

Please take note that BlissMoments will not be responsible for any damages or packages getting lost during shipping and delivery. Buyers will be given the track number of the item shipped within 3 working days upon receiving payment. Please email us once you have received the item safely.

2. Self-collection

Self-collection (after payment has been made) can be arranged for buyers within Kuala Lumpur area. Pick-up points are as follows:

Time and venue to be mutually agreed via e-mail.

3. Return policy

In the event that a wrong item has been sent to you, please contact us as soon as possible to verify that you have been sent the wrong item. Then, please proceed to send the item back to us. We will cover the postage fees for that. The correct item will be sent to you once the wrong item is safely back with us.

Terms & Conditions

1. All sales are final. Therefore, goods sold are not refundable or exchangeable. All items are thoroughly checked before delivery. BlissMoments will not be responsible for any lost/damaged items during the course of delivery but we will ensure that the items are packed safely. If you do not receive your items within 2 weeks from date of shipping, please email us and we will check with the post office.

2. If you have any enquiries whatsoever regarding a particular item, please email us before placing your order.

3. Prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice as most of the items made are limited to only 1 or 2 per design. Prices are stated in Malaysian Ringgit. Items are sold on a first come first served basis.

4. Custom-made Designs:

If there is a particular design that you like but in a different colour/semi-precious gemstone, we will endeavour to source the materials and advise you of the price/availability accordingly. Please note that these are natural gemstones. Therefore, they will not be identical in colour, shape, texture and clarity.

Deposit:

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required when ordering a custom made design. You may either pay in full or pay the 50% deposit. Photo of finished item will be sent to you for your viewing pleasure. Once you are delighted with the finished item, you are required to pay the balance before delivery.

In the event that a buyer decides that he or she does not want the item anymore, the deposit will not be refunded as it takes ample time and effort to design and source for the materials for each item.
